WITHIN INCLUDED PROPERTY SAID VACATED STREETS AND FOR DEDICATION ACCEPTING PUBLIC USE OF AN EXISTING BUT UNRECORDED STREET RUNNING NORTH AND SOUTH THROUGH OF WEST THE 22 AND 23 OF BLOCKS 13 HOLDEN TOWNSITE PLAT A The Town Council of the Town of Holden Utah referred to herein as the “Town Council” recites the following as the basis for enacting this ordinance: A The Town Council has received requests from various landowners in Holden to vacate portions of certain dedicated streets which have never been improved or used for public streets but remain on the records of as the Millard County Recorder streets dedicated to the Town of Holden Utah B The Town Council is authorized of Section the provisions Code Utah et seq amended a Annotated (1953) under and Sections Utah Code Annotated abutting the streets proposed to be vacated addressed to such owners at the mailing addresses appearing on the rolls of the Millard County Assessor and did declare in said of the Town notice the intention Council to vacate certain streets as and also its described therein intention to accept dedication of an undedicated but street existing lying within Blocks 13 and 22 and a portion of 200 North Street of the Holden Townsite Plat A public D was held hearing pursuant to the notice described above on September 6 1984 at which was received republic comment of the streets vacation garding in described said notice and acceptance of dedication of the street as proposed in said notice E The Town Council has found to the public comment pursuant received at the September 6 1984 hearing that there is good cause for vacating the portions of 200 East Street 300 East Street and 200 North Street as described in this ordinance and that such vacation will not be detrimental to the general interests of the residents of Holden and that it will be in the best interest of the Town of Holden and its residents to vacate the described streets also Council Town F The determined pursuant to
