visited George s uncle Milton Stevens and wife Margaret They were in Utah for a Thompson reunion in Salt Lake and a Stott Reunion in Bloomington Our sympathy to Pat Wood on the sudden death of her brother who died of a heart attack at the age of 44 last week Pat left Tuesday for Mission California to be with her mother and attend funeral services this Saturday July 9 Visiting the Max Wood family over the weekend were their daughter Karen Cox and husband Eric and daughter of Orem They came for Karen’s class reunion Weekend visitors of Beth Crosland were her son Blaine wife Jan and 9 children from Kemer Wyoming and Beth’s daughter Connie Coles and daughter Christina of Salt Lake Ethel Wood was home for the weekend from Ely Nevada where she lives with her daughter Marsha Anderson Marsha’s three daughters were also here to visit Ethel and Marsha Visiting Bly and Cecil Nixon were Glade and Merlene Nixon and family from Salt Lake and Bruce and Joan Ashby and family from Bountiful Visiting Garr and Doreen Ashby were Karen and Dean Denning and two boys of Salt Lake and Bruce and Joan Ashby and family from Bountiful Warren and Ella Crosland took their four grandsons with them to Ferron to see Lee R and Vickie’s son Matt play in the All Star Tournament last weekend Also going over for the game were Garr and Doreen Ashby Karen and Dean Denning and boys Visiting Chasty and Abe Bennett this past week have been their daughter Rosalie and her daughter from Salt Lake They have been painting inside and outside for Chasty and Abe Kathleen Stevens has returned from visiting her sister Julia Warner and husband Fred in St George The family of Clyde and Lillian Wood got together on Fathers Day and had a wonderful two days Wyla and Rulon Sherwood Earl and LaVon Hunter and Eudene came down from Salt Lake and Beryl and Carl Hardy from Hinckley came over to visit Beryl and Carl are working in the Manti Temple now and have a grandson getting married soon Earl and LaVon have one grandson on a mission in Canada and his brother will be going to Germany in August for the Visiting Stella Johnson Darren Nyle Fisher age 20 of Oakley Utah died June 21 1988 in Heber City Utah He was attended elementary Holden and graduated from Millard High School in Fillmore She married Edgar Hale Jeffery on November 23 1949 in the Manti Temple and they have resided in Delta since Six children were born to this union She has been active in the LDS church all her life She directed the music in all of the auxiliary organizations of the church The Junior Sunday School for more than 20 years She served in many other callings including counselor in the Stake Relief Society She was happiest when Presidency very busy in the church and when her husband children and grandchildren were around her Her family and the church were the most important things in her life She loved life and the beauty of her Heavenly Fathers creations She was a very gifted talented lady and loved to She share those gifts with others understood that the things she had were given to her by her Father in Heaven to bless others with those gifts She is survived by her husband three sons and three daughters:
