He endeared himself to the students with his fun zany and eventful assemblies The students learned much about Halley’s Comet and other In the afternoon space phenomenon Mr Wiggins launched two rockets on the north ballfield The students thrilled as these objects shot into space We appreciate the visit from the Planetarium and look forward to their return next year Curtis Simmons and Andrea Dutson "Away Out West" sent the school Then each student competes on a regional level and will be judged on his or her academic standard leadership character and community service Tim will prepare a portfolio that describes his community contributions awards and acleadership positions in the area complishments Tim has been a member of the Debate and Drama Clubs for four He is looking forward to years representing Delta High in these areas Delta North salutes Kindergarten Aides We at Della North would like to pay tribute to two of our Kindergarten aides Mrs ana Byrd and Mrs Anita Nisonger We are happy to have worked with these two gracious ladies dur1985 the ing yeai Mrs Bvrd worked as an aide in the afternoon Kindergarten class of Mrs Glen Mrs Byrd had many Jerry special talents that cndeaicd her to the children Jhc students especially enjoyed having PE with Mrs Byrd as the instructor We appreciate the lime Mrs Byrd spent with us We wish her a happy future Mrs Nisonger worked as an aide in the Kindergarten class of Mrs Paula Suggs Mrs Nisonger was a very efficient employee at DNI S We are hapto py to have had the opportunity become acquainted with her Her pleasant and happy smile was always welcome at the end of a tiring day We look forward to working with Mrs Nisonger as a substitute in the future Delta North is a better place because of these two women We hope they
