Fillmore man on charges and detained him on a bond of more than $1 million the American Civil Liberties Union charges in a suit filed Friday The suit filed in US District Court for Utah claims the Millard County justice of the peace sentenced Doyle Edwards to a year in prison after he pleaded guilty to the charges without a defense lawyer present The suit which claims Mr Edwards Sixth Eighth
