to Bruce Tippetts and Norma Jean Law Little He married Dianne Whittier on September 25 1981 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple He from Escondido graduated High School Escondido CA He graduated cum laude from BYU with a BS in Accounting He was a Certified Public Accountant “Rick” was a past member of the BYU Acapella and Oratorio Choirs and he worked in the ASBYU Academics Office He was a honor member of the Beta Alpha Psi He worked as controller Fraternity and CPA for the Titan Steel Corp He was an active member of the LDS Church he served a mission in Louisiana and Arkansas (the Gulf States Mission) He was an Elders Quorum President a Stake Missionary and served in many other church positions He was a loving and caring person whom we will miss greatly He is survived by his wife Dianne Salt Lake
