good conscience leave the teaching of children to chance We must teach them causes and consequences the moral law the purpose of life and that preparation is important And while remembering mothers who have performed such service we would plead with mothers yet young in years to take time to love to teach to care to counsel to keep close and to turn their hearts to their children To turn mothers and the hearts of fathers families in love and happiness at home Basically there isn’t any other answer for the strength and survival of the and character good old fashioned country and the timeless values of life While we are searching for answers and worrying about dropouts and moral breakdowns and disrespect for law and creating agencies and institutions of great cost that conscientiously are trying to correct these ills and evils we may well make up our minds to go back to the beginning to the institution God gave us Why not turn to the time when we turn to a simple basic “Love at Home” Some of the pictures take time to understand and some I’m not sure I’ll ever understand There is one abstract photo I find teresting I had to go back and take another look It portrays a good study in the use of light dark and balance It shows two people one dark and standing in the light It appears it is looking at another person who is lighter standing against a dark background in an elevated position The two people are positioned in such a way as to look off balanced and yet they balance each other must admit I did enjoy this art exhibit and I’ve been informed there will be two more coming This is here for a limited time only One note of This will probably be the last place these pictures will be shown before they go on a permanent exhibit at an art museum Come to the library and enjoy a taste of a different type of culture I enjoyed it and I hope you take the time to enjoy it too It’s only here until February when the library gets a new showing It’s always nice to go somewhere where it’s warm DELTA ii i i i i :o f sat hv appointment —i"iM H&R THE cub BLOCK INCOME TAX U PEOPLE 8( WHAT CAN WE FIND FOR YOU! 1 |
