Pahlavi 1977 surgery University (American trained University) Iran He went to University and was chosen as the to come of to representative university the United States for a fellowship His fellowship was in general surgery urology pediatric surgery at the University of Utah Salt Lake City Utah where he attended from August 1978 to 1979 Dr Safarian and his wife Neggi are the parents of three children two daughters and one son He is interested in sports and was a National Championship soccer player in Iran David Limburg Safarian M A Lyman Dr David P Henrie was born and raised in Delta where he graduated from Delta High School His freshman year was spent at Brigham Young University and his next two years at College of Southern Utah He from medical school at the graduated University of Utah and served his internship at LDS Hospital where he was chosen “Intern of the Year” After doing a year’s he moved to residency at LDS Hospital Delta where he has practiced medicine for the past 13 years Dr Henrie and his wife Barbara are the parents of four children three sons and one He enjoys all outdoor sports daughter especially hunting prospecting and motorcycling He also enjoys computer programand ming writing was born on Robert W Day MD January 23 1955 He is a native of ColHe went to school at Colorado State University and graduated with a BS in Zoology in May of 1977 Among honors Dr Day then received were went on to Medical School at the University of Colorado graduating in May of 1981 After medical school Dr Day did his medical residency at the University of Kansas Doctor Day is a specialist in Internal Medicine and has a great interest in Cardiology Dr Day’s lovely wife Carol also hails from Colorado and they are the parents of a daughter Dr Day was described by his instructors in Medical School as an intelligent serious and effective student who has a vital interest in community health The Days enjoy life in Millard County as it gives access to a wide range of outdoor activities in which they find great interest Brent D Black Dr Brent D Black will finish family practice residency training in June this year and 1985 in Delta begin practice July His parents are Verle Dee Black from and Marilyn Terry Black from I He graduated Tooele High School in 1973 and attended BYU graduating Magna Cum aude in 1978 majoring in Chemistry rom 1974 to 1976 he served an LDS mismarried He Sendai Mission sion to Japan isals Burgess of Tooele on Aug 19 1977 and they have three sons: Spencer 6 MatIn 1983 18 months thew 4 and Jonathan he was graduated from the University of Utah College of Medicine and presently is in residency training at Hospital in Ogden Utah This three year family practice residency program provides study and practice in the areas of medicine surgery obstetrics gynecology pediatrics psychiatry and emergency medicine Continuity of care and health education for the individual and family are important issues Dr Greg Last was raised in Hurricane as the oldest son of the community's only physician He graduated from Hurricane High School in 1972 While in high school he participated in sports and his prior experience with the West Millard area consists of his high school football and basketball games against Delta High School After high school Dr Last enrolled briefly in Dixie C 'Mege before leaving on a LDS mission He returned to the local college where he met his future wife Patsy Dean Following their graduation from Dixie the Lasts continued their education at Utah State He graduated in 1978 with a University degree in Applied Statistics She finished the following year with a medical technology Greg Last orado Robert W Day David Greaves Limburg MD was born 1944 in Ogden Utah as the first of July five children to Paul and Geneal Limburg As a child he lived in Ogden Minneapolis Salt Lake City Nephi and Bountiful After graduating from Bountiful High School he attended the University of Utah for one year before fulfilling a two year mission to Scotland for the LDS Church Resuming his undergraduate studies at the U of U upon returning he worked as a lab technician at St Mark’s Hospital to support himself Dave graduated cum laude with a BS in biology in 1968 and that same month he married Suzanne Chalhs a nurse he met at St Marks The Limburgs resided in Salt ake lot four years while Dave attended medical school at the U of U They then moved to DC with their lirst child Washington Julie where Dr Limburg did a one year ternship at Walter Reed Arms General Hospital Gholamreza Melvin A Lyman was born and raised on a farm near Delta Utah He graduated from BAC in Cedar City Utah and the University of Utah Medical School He served as a bomber pilot in Europe during World War II He was based in Italy and flew over Germany Dr Lyman has practiced medicine in Delta Utah for 35 years He also practiced some in Arizona After internship he spent Vi years as a resident in surgery with Dr John Clark at St Marks Hospital He has done over 3500 major surgeries as a general Fillmore in Delta Nephi practitioner He has also Arizona and Guatemala delivered numerous babies He did the first ever done in Millard County He enjoys general practice also having a special interest in psychiatry using a system of reality therapy of Dr Glasser 5 Brent Jackson degree Dr Last attended medical school in Salt Lake City at the University of Utah After medical school completion in 1982 the Lasts moved to Amarillo Texas where he will complete a residency in Family Medicine this June hu 't lickson was born in Ogden and raised in Hooper Utah His parents are Harold and Norma Jackson He of Hooper graduated from Roy High School then attended Utah State University where he leceived his B S in Zoology and Chemistry e served a LDS mission to south Ger-- i 1968 to 1970 He attended y from medical school at the University of Utah 'rom 1974 to 1978 and completed a residency in family practice at the U of U affiliated hospitals from 1978 to 1981 He has been practicing in Fillmore since 1981 and enjoys all aspects of family practice but his favorite work is in obstetrics During his time away from work he is an avid reader of fiction and science fiction He has an tensive stamp collection he enjoys plaving baseball and basketball and running He is married to the former Debbie Robison of Salt Lake City They are the parents of one daughter and five sons |
