Mr. and Mrs. Walker Finlinson had their family home for Thanksgiving, Thanks-giving, Mr. and Mrs. Neil Finlinson Finlin-son and children of Las Vegas, Mr. and Mrs. Ted (Margene) Walker and children of Idaho and Scott of St. George. Mr. and Mrs. Neil (Verdean) Eawlinson and family and Mr. and Mrs. Arlyn Finlinson and family visited with parents, Mr. and Mrs. Welby Finlinson. Mr. and Mrs. LaForge Lovell and family went to Payson to the home of Louise's sister, Betty Christen-sen Christen-sen for Thanksgiving dinner. Then Saturday LaForge and Louise had their children, Mr. and Mrs. Kay Lovell and daughter of Salt Lake and Mr. and Mrs. Phil Lovell and son and Sylvan Lovell of Logan home for dinner. , At the Wells Nielson home over the weekend were his children, Mr. and Mrs. Earl Nielson and daughter and Mr. and Mrs. Sid Searles and family. Bishop and Mrs. Rich Finlinson and children spent Thanksgiving in Ogden with their their parents and sister and family. Mr. and Mrs. Bud (Marianne) Bailey of Reno, Nev. spent the weekend with their mother, Lorna Mclntyre and sisters. Mr. and Mrs. Richard Nielson and girls spent Thanksgiving in Idaho. Mrs. Lorna Mclntyre and girls visited relatives in Salt Lake and Ogden. Mr. and Mrs. Jerald Lovell had all their family home over the weekend. Marie Johnson visited with her mother Elaine Johnson and family and grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Oxel Johnson. At the home of Mr .and Mrs. Welby Lovell were their girls, Lorna Lor-na and Arnold Ashby and family of St. George, Ethel and Boyd Kimber and children of Salt Lake. Bill and Varda Barrett and children chil-dren of Bountiful were home with their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Oxel Johnson for Thanksgiving. ... .Theron Nielson is in the Milford hospital. We hope he will soon be able to come home. Mr. and Mrs. William Lovell and girls and Mr. and Mrs. Fred Lowry and son of Tooele spent Saturday with Mr. and Mrs. Bud McCann and their mother, Millie Lovell. Mr. and Mrs. N. Jack Nielson spent Thanksgiving at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Lake in Delta. Mr. and Mrs. Eldon Nielson had their children, Mr. and Mrs. Bud Nielson and family, Mr. and Mrs. Don (Joan) Bird and family of Delta home for Thanksgiving. The Golden Wedding celebration of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Nielson was real nice. All their children were home, Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence (Helen) Miller, Mt. Pleasant; Mr. and Mrs. Keith Nielson and family, Rae Trivotto and family, Salt Lake; Mr. and Mrs. Raymon (Gwen) Jackson, Nephi; Mr. and Mrs. Max Nielson and children, Bountiful; and Mr. and Mrs. Bevan Nielson and girls, Leamington. Many friends and relatives called thru-out thru-out the day. Mr. and Mrs. Warren Overson of Kearns were here for the Golden Wedding of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Nielson. Mr. and Mrs. Bob Babb and daughter dau-ghter spent Thanksgiving in Heber. Ruth Nielson returned home from the Nephi hospital Monday. Mr. and Mrs. Rulon Dutson and Mr. and Mrs. Ray Barton returned home Saturday evening from a ten day visit in Texas with Raay's parents. They also visited in Dove Creek with Mrs. Zemidina and family (Dahlia's mother). The program in Leamington Sunday Sun-day evening was given by Home Teachers, Floyd Bradfield and Bevan Bev-an Nielson. Talks were given by Jean Bradfield, Lonnie Bradfield and Mary Jo Finlinson. Ruby Cowboy, Cow-boy, Mable Grey and Bessie Hut-chins Hut-chins sang a song. Mr. and Mrs. Oxel Johnson are both hospitalized in the Delta hospital. hos-pital. Hope they can soon be well and home. Tuesday, Nov. 5, Keith Nielson fell and broke his arm just above the elbow. Seven years ago Keith got this same arm caught in the conveyer belt while working at the rock quarry and ras had only partial use of it since. He was taken to Provo to Dr. Smith who set it. He has suffered terrific pain even since. Johnny Dutson, son of Mr. and Mrs. Elwood Dutson of Granger, is staying in Leamington with his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Rulon Dutson while his parets tnd older brother Kayle are in Calif, with the little league football team. Mr. and Mrs. Louis Overson spent two weeks in Watsonvile, Calif. While there they went to the Oakland Oak-land Temple with a cousin who j was getting married. They went to I Fisherman's Wharf, Golden Gate i Bridge and visited many other in- teresting places. Louis got sick and they had to stay longer than plan ned. They came home by train and ' went right on to Salt Lake where Louis is hospitalized in room 325 . at the IDS Hospital. He has pneu monia and when they get that cleared up he will have surgery. We all wish him a speedy recovery. Lucille Nielson and daughter, Cristal Sagers went to Salt Lake and spent Thanksgiving with Ivie J. and family. Ellen Best of Provo spent the holidays with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Tom Best Mr. and Mrs. William Overson spent Thanksgiving in Orem at the home of their daughter, Ellen Frazier and family. This week they will be leaving for a two week's vacation in California. At the home of Billy and Phil Nielson for the weekend were their daughters, Janet of Blanding, Patsy of Tooele, Phillis of Tooele, also Billy's mother, Mrs. LaMar Huntsman and sister, Mr. and Mrs. Rhody Roper and family of Enterprise. Enter-prise. At the home of Mr .and Mrs. Earl Greathouse were their boys, Greg of Provo and Mr. and Mrs. Don Greathouse of Hill Field. Joining them for Thanksgiving were Bp. and Mrs. Ben Stephenson and Steve and Bill Nielson, Leamington, Leam-ington, and Marlin Nielson and son, Keith of Salt Lake. Judy and Butch Mills, Provo, and Louise and Albert May and baby daughter of Blanding were at home with Mr. and Mrs. Howard Nielson. Mr. and Mrs. Eddie Dutson and children went to Salt Lake and spent Thanksgivig with Beverly's family. Arlene and Scott Allen of Cedar visited at the home of Eddie Dutson Dut-son Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Blaine Nielson and family and Mrs. Donna Haycock and family of Salt Lake were at their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Reed Nielsons' home over the weekend. Mr .and Mrs. Bud Best and son, Justin went to Salt Lake and spent Thanksgiving with Connie's mother moth-er and family. Mr. and Mrs. Carl Benson and Sandra went to Grantsville and had dinner with their sons, Glen and Don and families. Lorraine Stephenson and son, Steve went to Payson for a dental appointment. They also visited with Kathrine Jones and family. The brother had the misfortune to ac-cidently ac-cidently shoot into his foot. Mr. and Mrs. Chub Richardson of Lehman Caves were accompanied accom-panied by Margaret to Cedar Friday. The Gene Heckethorns spent Thanksgiving evening visiting with the Earl Yersins and Bud Richard-sons. Richard-sons. Frank Callico's funeral was held Monday at Wilson-Bates Mortuary J and interment in Milford Cemetery. Margaret Marga-ret Nichols is still hospitalized but says she Is getting better. Anna Marie Mankin, Allan and Sharidin Riding spent Thanksgiving with their mother, Beth Day and visited with Mary Lynn. Mr. and Mrs. J. Val Styler had most of their family home for the holiday, Mr. and Mrs. Ed Copelin and girls, Ed's mother, Calif.; Mr. and Mrs. Arlo Messinger, Beaver; Mr. and Mrs. Arlyn Styler, Salt Lake and Mr. and Mrs. Russell Styler and children of Oasis. Mr. and Mrs. Fonroy Hawley had Millard County Chronicle Thursday, December 4, 1969 their children home for the big day Dr. and Mrs. Mark Lewis and girls, Mr. and Mrs. Dale Carling and children, Mr. and Mrs. Bob Carling and children, all of Bountiful. Annie Brinkerhoff visited at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Morgan Howell for a few days. The Bazaar was very successful. We thank everyone who came and who helped in any way. Mr. and Mrs. Elmo Gillen and family spent Saturday in Nephi and made a trip to Richfield to meet Gary. Mr. and Mrs. Clead Lovell and children a few days with Mr. and Mrs. Deon Gillen. Loren and Beulah Rowley went to Salt Lake to bring Loren's mother back to the local hospital. Kathy and Celso Lobo of Provo visited with the Rowley's. Also, Los Webb, Steve and Coleen Rowley Row-ley of Richfield where Steve is teaching. Brenda and Kenny Skeem were both home from school for the weekend. Mr. and Mrs. Ed Skeem spent Thanksgiving in Tooele. They went on to Salt Lake for Friday. Mrs. Glenn Osborne has spent the past week in Ely, Nev. with Mrs. Clara Callico as Mr. Callico has Taeen confined in the hospital. He passed away Thanksgiving day. Mr. and Mrs. Merrill Whitlock of Mayfield arrived in Garrison Monday, Mon-day, then Tuesday morning the Lee Whitlocks and Merrill Whit-locks Whit-locks motord to Yerington, Nev. Wednesday they left Yerington and drove to Boise, Idaho to spend Thanksgiving with the Clair Whit locks. They returned on Friday evening. 1 Mr. and Mrs. Earl Yersin of Camp Verde, Ariz, arrived in Garrison Garri-son last Sunday. They plan to! stay fo about ten days. j .
