S. Barney over the weekend were their granddaughter, Mr. and Mrs. Mark Sylivister of Provo, students stu-dents at the BYU. Janet is the daughter dau-ghter of Mr .and Mrs. Gordon Barney Bar-ney of Martinez, Calif. Mr. and Mrs. Phil Stats (Beverly Bunker) of Salt Lake were visitovs over the weekend with their parents, par-ents, Mr. and Mrs. Lyle Bunker. Mrs. Suzanne Rowser of Cedar was a visitor with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Sorenson over the weekend and she traveled to Salt Lake Saturday with then. She returned re-turned to her home Sunday. Mrs. Thelma Black went to Provo Wednesday to stay with the children chil-dren of Mr. and Mrs. Douglas Robi-son Robi-son while the Robisons attended the wedding and reception in La-Mirada, La-Mirada, Calif.for Mr. Paul Robison. June Black went to Provo Saturday to get Thelma and they returned home Sunday evening. Mr. and Mrs. A. H. Maxfield had 21 members of their family home for Thanksgiving with them, to eat dinner and to visit. Those present were Mr. and Mrs. Blair Maxfield of Provo, Dan, LaDaun and Anita, their son, Russell was in Phoenix and could not attend; Mr. and Mrs. Garff Maxfield and children, Julie, Tina and Mont, all of Salt Lake; Mr. Dwight Maxfield came with his four sons, Paul, Craig, Bradley and Trent, all of Salt Lake, Beth, Dwight's wife was unable to attend at-tend because of the illness of a son, Douglas and their baby daughter. dau-ghter. Mr. and Mrs. Thayne Maxfield Max-field and children, Shaun, Dan, Angie, and Tracy or Erda Ut. They had a very lovely day and a good visit. We are happy to welcome the Donald Gavin family into our town and our ward. They have been living in Grantsville. The entire family of Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Robison traveled by cars to LaMirada, Calif, to attend the wedding of their son, Paul, Saturday evening, Dec. 7th. They all met in Las Vegas Thursday. Mr. and Mrs. Douglas Robison of Orem, Mr.and Mrs. Donald Robison, Delta; Mr. and Mrs. Blaine Robison, Salt Lake and Mr. and Mrs. Evan Robison of Granger. They attended the wedding and reception held in the Chapel in LaMirada. Paul's brother, Evan was best mm and Blaine and two of Paul's buddies from the base acted as ushers. The newlyweds are now honeymooning in San Francisco and will make their home in Brae, Calif. Mrs. Elmer Robison had a surprise sur-prise visit from one of her West Millard friends while she was In LaMirada, Mr. and Mrs. Fenton Gunn (Delia Nelson) formerly of Leamington, were in attendance at the wedding for Paul Robison. Veda and Delia had not seen each other for several years. It was a nice reunion. The Robison family, In two cars, returned to their homes in Utah Sunday night. Mr. and Mrs. A. E. Clark of La-Mar, La-Mar, Colo., parents of Mr. David Clark, Delta, are visiting for several weeks at the Clark home. They will spend the winter holidays here in Delta. A granddaughter of the Clarks and niece of Mr. and Mrs. David Clark, Miss Denise Clark, a seudent at the BYU spent the week end here with her family. Mr. and Mrs. Edwin Miller went to Orem Monday to attend the funeral services for Rhea Brady Adams, former resident of Sugar-ville. Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Lovell, Keith, Maria Finlinson and Phil Finlinson had a lovely trip to Las Vegas where they visited their dau ghter and family, Mr. and Mrs. Leon Alldredge. Mr. and Mrs. Richard Christensen and family visited recently with their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Willard Christensen. Mr. and Mrs. Eldon Morrey of Joseph, Rachel Poulson of Richfield Rich-field and Jackie Shipp of Joseph visited Mrs. Macel Anderson and Jeanette Cox and family Saturday. Mr. Reed Tippetts of Sutherland was the High Councilman who visited our ward. He brought with him Dan Henrie who has recently filled a mission in Central Germany who spoke of his missionary experiences. ex-periences. Miss RhoAnne Johnson sang a solo and was accompanied by her cousin, Sandra Owens. Reed spoke also. Mrs. Tippetts accompanied her husband to visit our ward and we were delighted to have them and hope they will come again soon. Elder Dale Pratt will give a missionary mis-sionary report next Sunday. He spent 'wo and a half years in the Far East Mission. Most of the time he hag labored in the Phillipine Islands. Miss Gloria Craw and Cardell Finlinson of Cedar visited at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Finlinson Fin-linson over the weekend. The Relief Society held their annual an-nual bazaar and had a very successful suc-cessful dance and sold many lovely articles and baked goods. So many people enjoyed the square dance. Their Christmas Party will be held Dec. 17. Stuart of Salt Lake visited her folks, Mr. and Mrs. Edwin Ed-win Stuart, last Sunday. Sharon is presently employed at the public library in Salt Lake and living with her aunt, Nada Simpson. He has now been transferred to Montana where they will reside at present. All of his family was in attendance at the funeral. Mrs. Aretta Peterson spent a week in Salt Lake recently with her son Walter and family. Mr. and Mrs. Dwaine Finlinson attended a district meeting and banquet for postal employees at Ephriam and they enjoyed a session ses-sion pt tb tPT-n'o !n Manti in p.f'ernoon before going to the banquet. Mrs. Melva Finlinson is helping to take care of her parents place as her father was taken to Salt Lake to the hospital. Best wishes to Mr. Johnson for a speedy recovery. re-covery.
