Show Small Son Dies Of Injuries In Car Accident Jackies, the three-year old son of Mr. and Mrs. Jack Jensen of Wendover, died at 1 a. m. Tues-1 Tues-1 day of injuries received in an ac-; ac-; cident Monday at 1 p.m. in Wendover. Wend-over. The little boy was riding a tricycle when he was truck by an automobile. According to Tooele county sheriff K. B. Russell, the car driven driv-en by a Wendover woman, was backing, when the child was struck. When she stopped the car the boy was pinned beneath the rear wheel. A witness to the accident ac-cident held the car to prevent the' wheel from rolling over the child before he could be got out. He was flown to Salt Lake City for treatment after the accident and was first reported in "fair" ; condition. His death followed later. Surviving are his parents and a year-old sister, Judy Rae; grandparents, grand-parents, Charles M. Jensen, Sutherland, Suth-erland, and Mr. and Mrs. B. L. Bennett, Deseret. Funeral services will be held in Deseret ward chapel by Bishop O. L. Dutson Thursday at 11 a.m. Burial will be in the Delta cemetery ceme-tery under the direction of L. N. Nickle and sons. Friends may call at the home of Charles M. Jensen Thursday morning prior to the services. |
