Delta, Utah Delta, Utah, July 30th, 1921. Dear Sir; You will be glad to know that the campaign for a modern seed establishment for Millard County has been a success. A duplicate of the contract has been mailed to the signers. The plant will be ready to receive seed October 5th. A complete testing laboratory will also be ready at that time. Our men will be sent from Kansas City immediately to. cooperate with the growers associated associ-ated with the enterprise. A meeting has been suggested for the week of August 2(ith, at which lime a number of prominent men, including officials of the Oregon Short Line and also of the Los Angeles and Salt. Lake Route will be here. A personal telegram to Mr. Peppard from President C. R. Gray asures us of their presence. In the mean time it will be necessary for the growers to arrange for the Growers Executive Committee so that they will be ready for their service. Mr. Peppard is leaving for the East to arrange for final plans and to purchase machinery. He will return in about ten days. Yours truly, J . G.
