Show OFFICERS ELECTED AT COMMUNITY CLUB ! - MEETING SATURDAY The Community Club of South Milford Mil-ford held its annual election of officers of-ficers ac its first meeting in 1931 at the club house last Saturday evening. A membership in the local ,Eed Cross chapter was subscribed by the members and five dollars were also given to the chapter for its use during the winter. The newly elected officers are: president, Mrs. Horace Palmer, vice-president, vice-president, Mrs. Addison Bybee, secretary secre-tary treasurer, Mrs. C. G. Haskell. These officers are to be installed with the usual ceremonies at the next regular regu-lar meeting of the club which occurs Saturday evening, March 7. The 1930 social committee is to be held over to take charge of the festivities festiv-ities for that occasion. After business adjournment, refreshments re-freshments were served by the retiring retir-ing president, Mrs. C. G. Haskell. The Social Hour Club, another important im-portant element in the community life of South Milford, will elect its officers for the coming year at a meeting to be held at the club house Thursday afternoon, January 15 with Mrs. Horace Hor-ace Palmer and Mrs. Walter Weber acting as hostesses.
