Show WILLIAM VORHEES IS LAID TO REST Funeral services for William Vor-hees Vor-hees were held December .7 in the ward chapel, at Gunnison, under the direction of Bishop Chas. E. Embly. President A. E. Park and Bishops j Arthur Larson, of Gunnison, and Hy-rum Hy-rum Christenson, of Mayfield, were the speakers. All paid high tribute to the life of Brother Vorhees. Invocation was offered by H. C. Olsen and H. A. Kerns pronounced the ' benediction. The grave was dedicated by Bishop Embley. Pall bearers were the brothers of Mr. and Mrs. Vorhees. Musical numbers num-bers were furnished by the ward choir. E. L. Swaberg sang "Face to Face," and Mrs. Emily Knighton sang "Ye Have Faith in Me." The chapel was overflowing with friends and relatives. The floral offerings of-ferings were most beautiful. o : |
