It was also the birth anniversary of Mis. Spainhower and Mrs. Sullivan. Lovely gifts and cards were presented to the two ladies. THE SISTERS of Epsilon Sigma Alpha enjoyed a nursery rhyme party Monday night, Jan. 26, at the home of LaRue Varley, vith Doris Gustavson and Helen Banks assisting. The girls arrived as nursery .hyme characters and guessed each other's Identity. Prizes were given for the most comical and most original costumes. Games were enjoyed by all. Later in the evening a lovely buffet dinner was served. Those attending were Juanita Gleason, LaRue Varley, Hilda Smith, Selma Kirk, Enid Johnson, Barbara McGinn, Rosemary Davie, Doris Gustavson and Helen Banks. THE ROSARIANS of St. Bridget's parish met at the home of Mrs. Garth Banks, Feb. 2, for their regular monthly meeting, w th Father Valine present Mrs. O. R. Smith presided over the meeting. The bazaar and dinner were discussed. The bazaar will be held March 17th, with a regular St. Patrick menu for the dinner. Mrs. William Gillies is chair- man for the sewing, Mrs. S. E. Pitchforth, art needlework; Mrs. G. E. McGinn, bake sale, and Mrs. Margaret Morehouse, rummage and notions. A grab-baand popcorn balls are planned for the children. A delicious lunch was served by the hostess. The sewing will be at Mrs. McGinn's, Feb. 18, and the next regular meeting at Mrs.. Don Wisner's, March 2nd.
