I Our first stop was in St. George, where we stopped and ate, filled up our cars with gas and started for Las Vegas. When we got to Las Vegas, the Lido Motel was the place we stayed. After spending a little while in Las Vegas, our destination was Boulder Dam. On the way, all except one car Mrs. Archer) stopped in Boulder City to see a movie about the dam. After we found each other, we toured the dam and surrounding areas. This called for a boat cruise, which was enjoyed very much around Lake Mead. Then we went back to Las Vegas and had about two hours to shop and eat. After a whilS, we went back to the motel and gathered as a group to tour the Last Frontier Village." This proved 'very Interesting and exciting, Some of ,the kids went on everthlng from a train ride in the bumper cars. After spending a few hours there we went to the Flamingo Hotel and had a drink (Coke, of course). Everyone enjoyed the floor show to the very end. The star was Ted Mack and his Talent Scout Show. They had a quizz show, and Mr. Long won a nice box of shaving lotion and powder for being the first of three men to put a diaper on a rubber doll (He must be used to p Hews i) fILB a Ber-nic- J y i 7 Co. system, v HERE'S MORE ABOUT DAY TO DAY Continued from Faga On Hr- ...
