Show MILFORD LADIES INSTITUTE CEDAR VFW AUXILIARY Mrs. Lois Waddingham, past department de-partment president of the Ladies Auxiliary to the Veterans of Foreign For-eign Wars of the United States. De partment of Utah, was accorded the signal honor of instituting the new auxiliary in Cedar City, on February 25. The request was from the ladies there and the authorization authoriza-tion came from national hoaduqar-ters. hoaduqar-ters. The new auxiliary is known as Juniper No. 3510. Mrs. Waddingham obligated the ladies at "8:30 p. 1,1. In the beautiful-ballroom of the Escalante hotel. Twenty-three ladies were present. Eight of the officers from Esca-If-nte auxiliary, in full uniform and with their colors, exemplified the floor work in a precise and Impressive manner. Election and installation of officers followed, with Mrs. Waddingham an-d Mrs. Margaret Grimshaw, assisted by Mrs. Minnie Gordon, acting a.i conductress. Mrs. Waddingham, Mrs. Minnio A. Gordon of Salt Lake Cily, another an-other past department president, and Mrs. Ethel Smith, district president of District No. G, presented pre-sented the new auxiliary with a lovely Bible. Presentation was by Mrs. Gordon, and response was made by Mrs. Pryor, the newly installed in-stalled chaplain. light refreshments refresh-ments were then served.
