Development, approached the council in regards to moving proposed trailer park 170 ft. east of 300 West County Planning and Committee has Zoning approved as per Conditional Use Permit Councilman Dotson motioned to accept proposal to move 170 it east of 300 West Councilman Smith seconded, all in favor. 3. Mel Prodzinski asked Council if it is possible to build a home on a 50 ft lot Council advised Mr. Prodzinski to look at City Code book to make sure that it meets setbacks. He also wants to add another trailer on his lot Councilman Sower stated that it is not possible without a variance permit Mr. Prodzinski also brought to Councils attention the fact mat the Lions Club Trailer Park needed to get new signs posted as to length of time tourists may stay there without taking advantage of the City Coordinator with Council next to water Easements Franchise and sewer on streets for cable companies, utility companies, etc. Swain suggested they should go through the back. Mayor Wiseman called the meeting to order at approximately 6:30 p.m Those in attendance were: Councilmen Dotson, Carter, Thomas, Smith, and Sower, Recorder Sparling, Treasurer Netto, City Coordinator Swain, Cynthia Webb, Keith Long, Richard McDermott, Sam Florence, Gary Sullivan, Gloria McDermott and Bob Thieve. 2. Councilman Sower stated that the purpose of this meeting was to accept Gary Sullivan's plan to build a hay barn and shop on lots 7 and 8 into the Milford City Industrial Park. The dimensions on the bam will be approximately 225 ft. in length and 75 ft. in width. The shop will be approximately 50 or 60 ft. in width. Sam Florence motioned to accept Mr. Sullivan's plan to build on lots 7 and 8 in the Milford City Industrial Park, Richard McDermott seconded the motion, all in favor. As there was no further business, meeting was adjourned at approximately 6:50 p.m UNAPPROVED MINUTES WORK MEETING JULY 25, 1995 1. Mayor Wiseman called the meeting to order at approximately 7:00 p.m. Those in attendance were: Councilmen Dotson, Carter, Thomas, Smith, and Sower, Recorder Sparling, Treasurer Netto, City Coordinator Swain, Leadman Whiting, Attorney Kanell, Bob Thieve and Wes Peterson. 2. Mayor Wiseman opened the floor for discussion on changes needed to be made to annexation for Silver Sage and agreements Industrial East Park. Councilmen requested to have Leo make the changes before public necessary meetings on August 1, 1995 so they can be presented at that time. Ray Whiting, Leadman asked Council about purchasing new timed delay switch for the irrigation well and materials for meter repair. Councilman Dotson motioned to have Leadman Whiting get 2 or 3 bids on the time delay Thomas Councilman switch. seconded all in favor.
