Sunday at a Mrs Usher entertained family dinner while the Fox a Ethel Davis Gammell, 69, who died Oct. 17 in a Salt Lake hospital of cancer, were held Monday in the Riverton Third Ward, with Bsp. Ray Beck officiating. Speakers were Bsp. Calvin Osborne, Mrs Deana Grant and remarks by Bsp. Beck. Mrs Gammell was born March 1, 1894 in Scofield, Millard County, to John Henry and Jessie Adamson Davis. She was married to Spencer W. Gammell Dec. 14, 1913 in the Salt Lake Temple. Survivors are her husband, sons and daughters, John S., Ocean-side- , Calif.; Creed D., Susan-villCalif.; Mrs Duane (LaRae) Mecham, Midvale; Mrs Selyf Mrs Boyd (Mildred) Page, (Janet) Obershaw both of Riverton: 12 grandchildren; brother, Reed Davis, Granger; sisters, Mrs Hannah Tobin, Canoga Park, Calif.; Mrs Mae Kautz-maButte, Mont.; Mrs Fern Peay, Susanville, Calif. Burial was in American Fork Cemetery. Riverton 8 family was here. Gerald Gillette, son of Mr & Mrs Warren H. Gillette, is home on a 32 day leave from Amarillo, Texas AFB, before going to Hawaii for extended service in the USAF. Mrs Lulu Kirk returned last week end irom a five week stay in Burley, Ida., where she was a guest of her son and wife, Mr & Mrs Edward Kirk. While there another son and wife, Mr & Mrs 'Allen Kirk, came from Los Ang- eles and stayed two weeks. Mrs Kirk was a luncheon guest of her granddaughter, Mrs Gary Bywater, in Rupert.
