J ,,, ,MV - r -58 Council Sets New Speed Limit in City f j i Corporatic The Mioyale Sentinel At a meeting of the city coun cil Wednesday night, July 3, it was unanimously agreed that a uniform speed of 30 miles per hour be adopted for Midvale City streets with the exception of school zones where the limit is 20 miles per hour. The maximum speed decision was made on the heels of an agreement by the council to insure that traffic laws in the city be strictly enforced. Council members noted that numerous complaints have been lodged by citizens about speeding cars, es pecially in residential areas, Mayor Henry Beckstead voiced confidence that the state would in setting the adopted maximum speed limit on Center Ellen Carter, center, and her attendants, Sharlene St. Fire Chief L.
