The marriage of Miss Melba La Rue Green, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Green, and Octave Lynn Bridges, son of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Bridges, of Draper, was performed at the Salt Lake temple Wednesday. Reception was held at the Riverton junior high school gymnasium Wednesday evening in honor of the couple. Several parties have been held in their honor. Forty pupils of the missionary and Old Testament Sunday school classes of the Riverton Second ward under the direction of their class leaders, Elias Butterfield, and James Madsen, visited at the Catholic and Presbyterian churches in Salt Lake City, Sunday.
