At noon luncheon was served to 85, after which the following program was rendered: Community speech of welcome, Gwynne Page; song, Iris Paul, Rall'h and Vesta Nielsen; solo, Mildred Page; reading, Maxine Baird; violin and cornet selection, Ruby and Mildred Page; song, Leici and Billy Freeman; paper, Wilda Nielsen; song, Geneal Jeffs; reading, Florence Page; song, Phil, Galen and Beverly Whetman; reading, Jack Wiberg; talk by Thomas P. Page; reading., Berniece Page. At 6 o'clock a banquet was served to ninety. Mrs. Vina Bills had as her guests during the week Mrs. Dewey Nelson, Mrs. Frank Nell, Mrs. David Magee, Mrs. Elden Wilcox and Mrs. Roy Magee of Lark. Mrs. W. T. Silcock and daughter, Utahna, and Gilbert Clements of Brigham City spent Thursday at Midvale visiting with relatives and friends. Mrs. Annie Silcock was entertained at a party at her home Sunday, the occasion being her 74th birthday anniversary. Her daughters-in-law, Mrs. W. T. Silcock and Mrs. W. 0. Silcock, entertained in her honor. Games were played and luncheon was served to fifty-eight guests. Gilbert Clements of Brigham City is spending some time visiting with friends and relatives . Miss Zelma Butterfield left Monday for Kanarra, where she will spend the week. Mr. and Mrs. Zach Butterfield, Mr. and Mrs. Morris Butterfield, Miss Phyllis and Miss Rheabel Butterfield attended a party at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Niels Nielsen at Midvale, given in honor of Mr. and Mrs. Jack Rosell, who were recently married. Mr. and Mrs. J. W. McLoud of Tooele were guests of Mr. and Mrs. W. T. Silcock last Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Duke Page and family of Nephi spent the week-end visiting with relatives. , Charles F . Crane returned home Monday evening, after spending the past six weeks in Idaho. The 4-H Stitch club met at the home of their leader Tuesday afternoon to start their club project work under the leadership of Miss Annie CraBe. Miss Crane also entertained her club with a waffle breakfast Wednesday morning.
