The Otlers, with David, his sister Milene, 5, & Mrs Hattie Scoggin, Mrs Otler's sister, were driving to Salt Lake county when their vehicle was hit head on by a car driven by a Mrs Cullin, no first name given, of Lark. The resulting impact seriously injured David while his suffered a cut lip, Mr Otler minor injuries, Mrs Otler severe cuts on forehead, arm & knee, & Mrs Scoggin face lacerations.
