Show -- Funeral serVices were held Wednesday in the Riverton Second ward chapel for Fred H. May, 59, prominent Riverton farmer who died suddenly at Prescott, Arizona February 22, after a few months illness. Speakers were Reed Beckstead, Bishop David Bills and Bishop Lancelot Bills. Following the funeral at Riverton, military funeral services were conducted at the graveside in Wasatch Lawn cemetery. Mr. May was born February 28, 1875 at Salt Lake, a son of, Fred J. and Jenny Hunter May. He was a student of the U. of U. and a member of the first football team. Former Granite Resident ·Dies At Arizona Home Notice of the death of Mrs. Emma Ethel Porter Westover, age 51, of Joseph City, Arizona, was received Monday by her daughter Mrs. Elmo Despain of Granite. Mrs. Westover died Sunday night of complications resulting from nervous breakdown. She is survived by her husband, Edwin S. Westover; 2 sons, Lloyd and Fenn Westover both of Joseph City; and three daughters, Mrs. Elmo Despain of Granite, and Mrs. Veri Holt and Miss Nina Westover of Joseph City.
