general Jeneral election of 1930 to read as ns follows Sec 3 The proceeds of the sales of all lands that have been or may hereafter be granted by the United States to this state for tho the support of STATE OF UTAH RELATING TO TIlE THE RATE OF TAXA TAXATION TION PURPOSES AND DISTRIBUTION ON Be it by the Legislature of the State Slate of af Utah two-thirds two of all of the members elected to each house concurring concurring therein SECTION 1 1 That it is proposed to I amend section 7 of Article 13 of oC the Constitution of the state te of oC Utah as amended d by the vote of the electors at the
