Jensen, who died in Salt Lake City June 23, 1977, after a long illness, were held Monday morning at 11 a.m. at Eastman's Evans and Early Mortuary in Salt Lake City. Interment followed Monday afternoon at 3 p.m. at the Manti City Cemetery. Mrs. Jensen was born August 22, 1910, in Manti, to David and Mary Peterson Nielson. She married Alvin M. Jensen August 9, 1940, in Manti. She was a member of the Science Church, Religious which she has served as organist and in other capacities. She was past matron of Lynds Chapter No. 1, OES. Mrs. Jensen is survived by her husband; a son, David, and a daughter, Mary, both Salt Lake City; stepsons, Donald, Bountiful; Edward, Oakland, Calif.; Wayne, Salt Lake City; She had been handicrafts. active in civic affairs and as a member of the LDS Church in its auxiliaries, particularly the Relief Society. She married Angus Thursby on Nov. 3, 1915, in Manti. The marriage was later solemnized in the Manti Temple. Mr. Thursby died Sept. 6, 1947. She in married Ray Livingston March, 1959. He died in October, 1963. Mrs. Livingston is survived by a son, Kent O. Thursby, three daughters, Ephraim; Mrs. Sherman (Roxie) Mortensen, Ephraim; Mrs. Cloyd (Zada) Seeley, Bountiful, and Mrs. Bert (Eris) Barker, Bellevue, Wash.; a brother, Charles H. Kate Livingston Funeral services were held Wednesday in the Ephraim West Ward for Kate Josephine Madsen Thursby Livingston, 84, who died at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Cloyd (Zada) Seeley, in Bountiful, on June 26 following an illness of several years. Interment followed in the Ephraim Park Cemetery. Mrs. Livingston was born Jan. 23, 1893, in Ephraim to Mads Peter and Josephine (Olson) Nielson Madsen. She attended Ephraim public schools and graduated from Snow Academy. Wash and dry the turkey breast after cutting it in the size pieces that you desire. Marinate the turkey breast for 24 hours in the above sauce. Turn after half the time has elapsed. Or braid into a loaf. Let rise, brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
