He said the main difference be 2-- 12 total for all dividends and Interest income. On the 1974 forms, taxpayers who have more than $400 of dividend income or $400 of interest Income must file Schedule B. A section headed Highon the front page of lights the forms package draws the taxpayers attention to the IRS toll-frtelephone service, the new rule regarding the interest ee and dividend celling, and the fact that IRS supervisors occasionally monitor telephone calls to improve the quality of telephone taxpayer assistance. Mr. Wise stressed the fact that such action is taken solely for the purpose of on the quality of this service.
