Hansen, who was born and spent his early years in Ephraim, were held Saturday in Salt Lake City. Interment was in the Salt Lake City Cemetery. Mr. Hansen died April 7, 1976. in the LDS Hospital after a short illness. He married Christella Anderson July 9. 1919, in the Salt Lake Temple. She died Jan. 8. 1969. He served in World War I. He was an active member of the LDS Church, filled a mission in Texas and served in the bishoprics of the McKinley and Ivans wards for 14 years. He was a retired employee of Sears and Roebuck. Mr. Hansen is survived by a son and two daughters: Lloyd G. Hansen, Carnta Bcnnion and Mrs. John J. (Nellie) all of Salt Lake City. 13 grandchildren and 9 greatgrandchildren. Christensen. 69, Ephraim native who died at his home in Salt Lake City April 8, after a long illness were held Monday at noon in the Crystal Heights Ward in Salt Lake city. Interment was in the Wasatch Lawn Cemetery. Mr. Christensen was born in Ephraim Nov. 15, 1906, to David and Christina Anderson Christensen. He married Grace Armstrong Aug. 4. 1951, at Logan. The marriage was later solemnized in the Logan LDS Temple. He has been employed by Scars and Roebuck for years and retired in 1966. He is a veteran of World War II. He was a high priest in the Crystal Heights Ward. Mr. Christensen is survived by his wife and by brothers Lc Nay. Springville, and Robert.
