Their presentation will be Theater Sample Through the Ages Scenes from Then to Now. The students will perform in the Crane Theatre at Snow College at 12:30 p.m. The public is welcome. This select group of students from the Advanced Acting class, under the direction of Dr. Christison, will perform selected scenes from classic dramas ranging from the Greeks to present-da- y to contrast different acting styles from several different periods. This presentation will include scenes taken from plays written by authors such as Euripides, William Shakespeare, and Tennessee Williams. Dr. Christison feels that this performance will be a good opportunity for the performers to be seen in different character types than they have been at other times, and will give the audience a taste of theater history.
