That the population of the hereinafter described area exceeds one hundred inhabitants. 2. That the undersigned persons are registered voters within the boundaries of the proposed district and that the total number of signatures exceed 10 percent of the number of votes cast within said proposed district for the office of Governor at the last general election immediately prior to presenting this petition. 3. That said proposed district lies entirely within the confines of Salt Lake County, State of Utah and no part thereof is a portion of any incorporated area within said County. 4.
