Said water was to have been pumped from January 1 to December 31, inclusive, of each year, by virtue of Application No 12470 from a 20" well approximately 300 ft. deep, located at a point S. 3 degrees 20 minutes W. 3693 9 ft. from the cor t ner common to Secs. 1938. ...$1.00 and SLB&M, and 9. 10, IS T. 1 S R. 3 W., used for metallurgical and other purposes Incidental to treatment of ores at Kennecott Copper Corporation's Arthur and Magna plants. It Is now proposed to pump said water from a 20 well 524 ft. deep located at a point S. 39 degrees 19 minutes 53 seconds E. 3056 8 ft from the aforesaid section corner and use It during each entire year for the purposes hereinbefore mentioned. This Application Is designated in the office of the State Engineer as No. a 1391. All protests resisting the granting of said Application, with reasons therefor, made In affidavit form, must be filed with T.
