Many other orchard trees are partly dead alid beyond the po sibility of renovation. It is estimated that there are over 60,000 such trees to be removed in Salt Lake County. ' The presence of these trees In the orchard Is a menace to the fruit Industry of the county, as in this condition they are totally neglected In programs of disease and Insect control.
