Vaughn as first counselor and James H. Jenkins as second coun elor. The next change on the Bishopric of the Ward was on June 17, 1923 when Isaac W. Coon was released and Omrr E; Hall was sustained as Bishop with A. E. Vaughn as First Counselor and J. H. Breeze a; second counselor. During the time Omer E.
