So to get ready for n the first football game they have scheduled a pep rally. It will be held Thursday evening, Sept. 28 at 8 p.m. in the Pirate stadium. For entertainment the pep club will perform a march ending in the traditonal C. Then the cheerleaders will lead the supporters in the school song, accompanied by the pep band. During the pep rally a new wooden block C painted in good ol blue and gold will be hoisted atop the skating rink. The block letter C was designed and constructed by Mike Mills, Blaine Smith, and Russ Morgan. It is five feet wide and extends to 10 feet high. Box 26247, Belmar Branch Lakewood, Colorado 80226 NOTICE CFR, 205 33(a), this is to notify you that has applied to the Federal Energy Texaco Magna Administration for an order assigning to it a base period volume of less than 50,000 gallons of motor gasoline per month for a retail station it intends to operate at Magna, Utah. This retail station will be owned by Terry Draper and operated by Terry Draper. You are invited to submit written comments to FEA in support of or in opposition to the application. If you oppose the application on the ground that approval of it would adversely affect your business, you should set forth in detail the following minimum information : 1. Your name and address. 2. The person or persons who have an ownership interest in the business which you allege would be adversely affected, and the extent of each such persons ownership interest. 3. The location of your business in relation to the retail station for which the application for assignment was made. 4. The person or company from whom you presently purchase motor gasoline, and whether your business operates under the trademark of your supplier. 5. The volume in gallons, of motor gasoline sold by your business in each month from January 1, 1972 until the present. 6. Whether or not there is a demand for motor gasoline in the trading area in which your business is located which cannot be met by existing retail stations. 7. The adverse effect which you believe approval of the application would have on your business. 8. Detailed factual data and information which support your claim that approval of the application will have an adverse effect on your business. Such data and information should include, at a minimum, audited or unaudited balance sheets and profit and loss statements for a recent, representative time period. FEA can consider alleged adverse effects on your business only if such allegations are supported by the best available data. Broad and unsubstantiated allegations of adverse impact will be disregarded. FEA will consider your written comments along with those submitted by the applicant and other interested persons. If you submit written comments, you will be notified of FEAs decision. FEA may, at its discretion hold a public hearing to consider the application, in which event you will be notified. A copy of that portion of FEAs procedural regulations applicable to these proceeding will be furnished upon request for your information. Your written comments should be hand delivered or received by mail not later than September 9, 1975 to the following address : Federal Energy Administration, Region VIII P.O.
