Tho community com-munity of Lowlston was greatly shocked, Saturday morning, by tho news of tho sudden death of Mrs, Elizabeth Van Otden Rawlins, wlfo of Mr. Samuel Rawlins. Mrs. Rawlins Rawl-ins wa3 In good health aside from having a slight attach of la grippe. Sho wont to bed Saturday night apparently ap-parently In good health, and at about 2 o'clock members of the family wore awakened, and found her Buffering Buf-fering with a paraletlc etroke, dying very suddenly from tho effects. Mrs. Rawlins was tho daughter of Elizabeth Eliza-beth and Everot Van Orden and was born In Kaysvlllo, Sho was G4 yoars of ago and n mother of twelvo children, chil-dren, A husband and teu childron survive her. Mrs. Thomas Karren of Ashton, Idaho, Mrs, Joseph Glover of Marysvalo, Idaho, and Mrs, Lucy Mc-Dormot Mc-Dormot of Ogden, all sisters of Mrs. Rawlins, wore In Lowlston to attend tho funeral services.. Funeral services wero hold ovor tho remains of Mrs. Elizabeth Rawlins Rawl-ins Wednesday at 1 o'clock. Tho speakers wero Pres. Wm. Waddoups, Mr. Georgo Barber, Pros. Brlgham Hondrlcks and Mr. Brlghnm Pond. Special music was rendered by Mr. Ralph Bernhlsol. Intermont wa made at tho Lowlston cemetery. Mrs. Carrie Coley entertained the Ladles Art and Literary club Friday afternoon.
