Show BURIAL OF MRS. MERRILL ATJIGHMOND Illchmond, Dec. C. Funeral services serv-ices over the remains of Mrs. Cyreno .Merrill were held at tho opera house Tuesday. Counselor William Waddoups wpokc of his long acquaintance with Mrs. Merrill, her faith and love for tho gospel, and tes-tltled tes-tltled that she was huniblo and prayerful pray-erful never missing her family prayers pray-ers night and morning. James Kerr, president of tho Port-neuf Port-neuf stake, and a son-in-law oT tin deceased, said sho had left behind n beautiful family and the oxatnple of a splendid life, was plain and simple but true to her duties and to her God. Mr. Kerr said he was glad to sco so many of his old friends left in Richmond and although In appearance changed, they had made good and nono had diverted from the path of honor. Mrs. A. A. Thomas, accompanied by the choir sang, I Have Head Of A Ileaiitlful City. Dr. Heber Merrill, Melvln Merrill, of Logan; and T. II. Merrill, said she had been a mother to their father's fath-er's family and they lovtsl her and mourned her death lis It a mother. Sho had left a testimony ot tho gospel to them all, was a thinker and a reader of good literature. T. H. Merrill spoke of the bond of love uniting the largo family to which ho belonged nnd now numbering about 10(1 members. He said that nothing but tho gospel of Christ could bind them thus. Professor C.
