H Monday evening the little tots at H the sugar factory gave an entertain- H ment, staged In a tent on. the lawn H at the home of Mrs. Dangerfteld, and H under tht management of Wanda H Woodhouse and Ruby Strawbrldge, H who undertook and prepared the en- H ' tertalnment, for the benefit of the H Red, Cross. Gasman Jones assisted H the'ilttle girls. Patriotic songs and H recitations were gtjen. Several tab- H leaux representing Uncle Sam, Red H .Cross, Liberty bonds and war sav- lngs. The entertainment lasted for H about an hour and a quarter. Six- ' ' ' ( xf People attended. Mrs. Myrtle Pond entertained the I Ladles Art and Literary club Friday at her home. Stories "Sleby and Jamie," "Twenty Years Gang," and "My Brother Henry," by J. M. Barrle M were read by Maud Stocks.
