Show FUNERAL FOR R. h. MURRAY AT WELLSVILLE Funeral services over tho remains of Robert P. Murray were held In tho Wellsvlllo tabernaclo last Thursday Thurs-day at 2 o'clock p. m. with Bishop F. S. Gunnell, presiding. Singing hy tho choir, Shall Wo Meet Beyond tho River. Prayer was offered by Elder El-der John Wyntt. Singing' Sometime, We'll Understand. Tho following Elders all boro record rec-ord of tho noblo character of the deceased; de-ceased; ho wns a splendid young Man full of faith nnd Integrity for the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Ho wns known for his uprightness, his kindly kind-ly "disposition, having a kind word for nil whom ho met. Ho was honest, truo and steadfast to his religion, Imving filled n mission In tho Central States mission a few years ago: Bp. Gunnell, Elder Mnckay of Taylors-vlllo, Taylors-vlllo, Utah; E. R. Owen of Logan; Prost. W. C. Parkinson, Elder Wiser of Lewlston; David A. Kerr, Orson Smith of Logan; W. H. Maughan, S. B. Mltton of Logan, and William Murray. Mur-ray. During tho services tho following selections wero very beautifully rendered: ren-dered: Fnco to Fnco, by James J. Allen; piano nnd violin duct by Thomas and Gilbert Thorpo; duet, Oh My Father, John Bailey and Salcna Darloy. At tho closo of tho services tho choir sang, Beautiful Islo of Somowhoro. Tho benediction was pronounced by Elder Peter Roso of Hyrum. Tho remains wero Interred In tho city cemetery. Tho gravo wns dedicated dedi-cated by Elder Thomas A. Kerr. Robert P. Murray, son of William and Sarah P. Murray was born In Wellsvllle, thirty-four years ngo. Ho was a great favorlto among his companions com-panions In his youth. Ho married Miss Savlna Rose of Hyrum. A fine son is the issue of this marriage. Ho leaves a dovoted and loving wifo nnd son, father, mother and a largo number num-ber of brothers and sisters to mourn his loss. |
