| Show Child Burned To Death Magrath Pioneer. Mr. and Mrs Fred Karren are mourning the loss of their three-ycar-old daughter 'Ellen who met with a fatal accident on Sunday Sun-day evening. The mother was attending attend-ing the evening services when word was brought that the llttlo girl was in flames. Ilefore the mother could reach her nearly all her clothrs were burned oil. Medical attendanco was immediately procured and all that loving hearts and skilled hands could do was done for the preservation of her life. She lingered until Tuesday morning when she passed away. It seems that after tho mother had gone to meeting the next eldest child started start-ed a fire In the rear of the house and by some means the little unfortunato : one caught fire. In a frantic effort to reach her mother she started across the open flat between the house and the Assembly Hall and her screams brought some young'men quickly from the Assembly Hall and tho llamcs were extinguished. She was painfully burned over the upper part of her body and arms. The grief striken parents are completely overcome in this sudden and extremely sad bereavement.- The little girl was one of the most lovely and beautiful of God's earthly creatures in the bloom of perfect health and baby-hood. May the peace andTblesslngs of Heaven attend at-tend the parents in this sorrowful hour of their affliction. |
