Show NOTICE OF SPECIAL TAX Notice is hereby given that a special spe-cial tax for the purpose of laying and constructing a concrete curb and gutter and sidewalk, together with parking in Sidewalk Paving District Number 24, has been levied and confirmed con-firmed by Resolution of the Board of Commissioners passed the 17th day of December, 1917.
