Notice is hereby given that Samuel Perkins, president, and Samuel P. Hall, secretary, of the Wellsville East Field Irrigating and Canal Company have filed herein their application in behalf of said company for a certificate of primary right to use for agricultural purposes a stream of water taken from the Muddy or Little Bear River on the north side at a point about one mile east of Wellsville townsite, sufficient to irrigate sixteen hundred acres of land. This beautiful work of art is a tablet containing panels in which are placed photographs of President John Taylor, Geo. [George] Q. Cannon and Joseph F. Smith, and of all the living members of the Quorum of Apostles.
