Region Nine of the Division of Family with the anServices nouncement to be made this afternoon that Glen Winslow formerly social service supervisor for Cache County has been appointed to the position of Regional director for Social Services Dm Richins formerly Accompanying Nelson was Roy Cooper state assistant director of assistant payments for the Division of Family Services In addition to making
