The festival was sponsored by Hyrum City, the Band Parents Organization, the Lions club, the Ladies Literary club and the American Legion all of Hyrum and the Parent Teachers Oiganization of the Hyrum grade schools and the South Cache high school. The festival arrangements were perfected under the direction of C. F Olsen member of the board of education of the Cache county schools, ably assisted by H. R.
