A great tome, half the size of a library table top, it ia printed in elegantly lettered Latin, with the initial letters at the beginning of each chapter lettered in with pen and ink. No satisfactory system of capita letters had been devised when the book way printed. Dr. Bizzell obtained it in Liep-zi- g on one of bis tours of Europe. He has 849 other rare editions of the Bible, most of which were printed' before 166u. Some 20 of them are printed in Inconnabula, Li'.'n or in the cradle, the style of printing at that time.
