J E Hickman, E. J Passey and Karl Wood were judges. Seven entries were made in the short story contest which was won by Mrs Myrtle Hatch of the "Her with ward Logan First Dream Home. She was presented with "Great Short Stories of the Mrs. Ella Rigby of the World Providence First ward and Emily Smith of the Logan Second ward won second and third places and were each presented with a copy of "Delight of Great Books by John Erskine The judges of the Charwere Miss contest literary lotte Kyle and Miss Margaret Wilkinson. Musical numbers on the program included two beautiful selections by the stake Relief Society chorus, a number tv the Seventh ward chorus, a vocal solo by Rosa Clark accompanied by Bertha Clark Purser and a violin All solo by Mrs Florence Clark numbers were well , received. Two one act plays, one demonstrating the social service work of the Relief Society and the other an entertainment feature of the Members meeting, were given. of the casts were Maude Cooley, Ernest Hill, Margaret Watkins, Dick Owens, Ruth Wiser, Ottis Peterson, Leah Mattsen, Joy Dou-tr- e and Angela Johnson.
