Cutler; remarks by Joseph L. Anderson; duet on NRA by Waldemar Larson mad Jack Cutler; reading by Mrs Selwyn Huise; quartet by Sylvester Anderson, Kenneth Nielson, Joyce Scott and Allie Jessop; Mr Cutler explained the meaning of the NRA and the importance of every citizen signing the personal agreements with .the president, J.
