Hodgson of the marirage of her daughter Mar garet (Peggy) to H. Le Vaughn Herbert, Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. H. LeVaughn Herbert of Malad, Idaho. The marriage took place Monday evening, April 27, at the home of Mrs. Hodgson, with Mayor William Evans, Jr., performing the ceremony. Banked pink snapdragons, intermingled with Cala lilies, and a tapered arch of lighted white cathedral candles formed an impressive background for the wedding, which was witnessed by members of the two families. The bride, who was given in marriage by an uncle, Paul S. Hodgson, wore an ensemble of navy blue and white. Her corsage was of orchids. A buffet supper was served following the wedding. The serving table was centered with a white wedding cake, with white flowers and white tapers at each side. Mr. and Mrs. Herbert left later in the eevning for a short wedding trip, after which they returned to Ogden, where they are making their home at 1529 29th street. Both Mr. and Mrs. Herbert are former students of Utah State, where she was affiliated with Chi Omega sorority, and Mr. Herbert was a' member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon.
