The city settled this contract in full and saved $1,599.66, out of this fund which balance was then turned into the electric light plant operating fund. Mr. BowmariTamplains of the 7 percent Interest being paid on a certain account by Logan City. This is a regretably high rate, it was contracted on November 1st, 1923, when the city purchased the Arimo building.
