Mrs. Annie Fritz, recently released re-leased from the Lehi Hospital, left Saturday for Salt Lake City for an indefinite stay. She will visit with Mr. and Mrs. Woodrow Baird, Mr. and Mrs. Clifford Ramos and Mr. and Mrs. Bert Wright and family. Mrs. Matea Peterson enjoyed the company of her sister, Mrs. Caroline Peterson, of Provo, over the weekend. ert Chatfield. It will be pal night, and each member is ex pected to bring a friend. Nettie McAfee returned Monday after an enjoyable visit in Monticello. She visited there with Dr. and Mrs. Don McAfee. Dr. McAfee is practicing medicine in that locality. George Clover spent the weekend week-end in Salt Lake City. He visited there with a cousin, Richard Thorpe, who is attending the university. Theron and Alene Holmes are the parents of a charming daugh ter, born Wednesday, Oct. 27. Mrs. George Ingram and Mrs. George Strasburg spent Tuesday in Salt Lake City. Mrs. Ernest N. Webb visited in Salt Lake City, early this week with her daughter, Mrs. Franklin B. Adams. A. B. Gill of Salt Lake City,; was a caller at the Seth Little-j ford home last Thursday. Howard and La Veda Frampton of Pleasant Grove, have a new daughter, born Tuesday, Oct. 26 From Riverside, Calif., came Mr. and Mrs. James Stover and family, for a visit with their cousins, the J. Earl Smiths. Tonsilectomy .was performed for Deanna Brown, 3, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Francis Brown. Mr. and Mrs. Eldon Gale of Salt Lake City, were weekend visitors at the Waldemar Jensen home. Birthdays Mr. and Mrs. Dale Russon (Mava McAfee) of Salt Lake City, spent a long weekend in Lehi with Mrs. Nettie McAfee. Mrs. Harrison is a sister of Mrs. Powell. They are visiting from Magrath Alberta, Canada. Mr. and Mrs. James E. Peterson Peter-son of Cedar Valley were Lehi visitors Tuesday. Clubs and Socials ' Athenian Club The birthday party of the Athenian club will be held in the Second ward Relief Society rooms Wednesday, Nov. 3. Members are invited to each bring a guest, and are asked to meet promptly at 3 p. m. The Athenian club was organized organ-ized 39 years ago. Miss Ida Thur-man Thur-man is a charter member. Mrs. Violet Thomas of Salt Lake City, was a weekend visitor at the home of a sister, Mrs. A. E. Giles. Mrs. Arva Tyndale of Woods Cross was a Sunday visitor at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Alonzo Madsen. Mrs. Clara Clover attended the funeral services of a former friend, President George A. Lit tie, at the Pleasant Green ward in Magna. President Little, 80, was bishop of the ward for many years, and the first president of the Oquirrah stake. Mrs. James P. Christiansen and Mrs. Margaret Mar-garet McMillan accompanied Mrs. Clover there Friday, Oct. 22. Dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Boyd Smuin last Tuesday were Mr. and Mrs. Deith Powell. Mr. and Mrs. Charles Crabb enjoyed a visit in Salt Lake City Saturday, at the home of their daughter, Mrs. Orrin Wingate. Mr. and Mrs. Forrest Littleford Liahionian Club The Llahonian Club met last week at the home of Mrs. Roosevelt Roose-velt Smith. Mrs. Grant Christof-ferson Christof-ferson gave the litany, and the book, "Flames of Time," by Ken-drick, Ken-drick, was reviewed by Mrs. Robert Rob-ert Webb. Special guests were, Mrs. June Davis, Mrs. Morris Clark, and Mrs. George Zimmer-j man. The next meeting will be held Wednesday, Nov. 3, at the home of Mrs. Glen Wanlass. Olympian Club The Olympian Club met last Thursday at the home of Mrs. Joseph Lambert. Mrs. Calvin Fox was co-hostess. Special fea tures of the evening was a piano.
