Mrs. Grace Wright and Mrs. Cora Hooley visited Friday with their uncle, Mr. Don C. Love-ridge. Mr. and Mrs. Don McAffee and baby son of Salt Lake spent the week end visiting in Lehi. Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Huggard and children of American Fork were Sunday visitors at the home of Mrs. Enoch Russon. Miss Venna Gale entertained at a potluck party, at her home Saturday evening. Fourteen boys and girls were present. They enjoyed games during the evening. . . . ; Mr. and Mrs. Leo Sudweeks of American Fork and Mr. and Mrs. Wilbur Rassmussen of Salt Lake City were Sunday evening visitors visi-tors at the home of Mrs. Mary Winn. Mrs. II. R. Petersen was happi ly surorised by an Easter visit from two of her children. Her snn. O. T. Petersen and his wife of Magna came Friday evening and her daughter, Mrs. James 0. Sherwood of Magra and her children. Robert and Darlene, spent the' week end here. Mrs. J. Earl Smith entertained at a family dinner at her home Sunday. The Easter spirit was emphasized by a handsome centerpiece of colored eggs. Besides Be-sides the family those present were Mr. and Mrs. Glen Smith and daughter, Linda Kay; Mr. and Mrs. Johnston Lind and two sons, Richard and Allen, of Span ish Fork. Mr. and Mrs. Boyd McAffee and daughter were week end visitors in Lehi. Mr. McAffee is principal of the Delta High School. Miss Ida Thurman spent a very happy Easter in Salt Lake City visiting with her niece and nephew, Mr. and Mrs. George Jensen. Mr. Jensen is manager of the Boyd Park Jewelry store there. Mrs. Junius Banks entertain ed at a family dinner Sunday. Mrs. Myron Burgess ana cnuaren and Mrs. Wallace Banks and daughters were guests. Snap dragons and colored eggs helped to make an Easter setting and clever little place cards decorated decorat-ed with eggs and nests' were used. Little Ellen Ruth Banks spent her Easter vacation here with her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Junius Banks. She is attending at-tending school in Ogden. Hospital News Mrs. Delia Chadwick of American Ameri-can Fork was taken home Saturday. Satur-day. She recently underwent a major operation. Mrs. Thelma Carroll of Alpine underwent an appendicitis op eration Friday. Mr. George Ingram was discharged dis-charged from the hospital March 30th. He has been receiving treatment since March 26 for a broken leg. Baby James Thurston, son of Mr. and Mrs. J. F. Thurston, was taken home Sunday. He was admitted ad-mitted for medical treatment on the 27th. . Mrs. Nyda Taylor of Draper and her baby daughter, were tak en home last Tuesday. Mr. and Mrs. Dale Anderson and their children of Salt Lake City were Easter visitors here. Mrs. Anderson, the former Agnes Phillips and children are remaining remain-ing for the remainder of the spring vacation at the home of Mrs. Matilda Phillips. Mrs. Phillip E. Boltz and baby son left Friday to visit with Mrs. Pauline Boltz at Yakima. Wash. Her husband, Pft. Boltz of the engineering corps, is stationed in England. Mrs. Boltz is the grand daughter of Mrs. Julia Vaughn. Mrs fienree Wins entertained at a dinner at her home here last Wednesday. The social was in honor of the birtnaay 01 ner daughter, Clara (Mrs. wmora Russon). Spring flowers, Easter decorations and a handsome birthday cake lent a festive air to the occasion.
