Fuel Economy Plan Cannonball Baker. sDeed record breaker for the last 25 years, has turned his attention during the last decade to improving fuel distribu tion in automobiles. Baker declares the realization of his dream is near. Tests with his design haVe recorded more than 30 miles to a gallon of fuel.
